Mr. Karlinsky focuses his practice insurance regulatory and transactional law, and governmental affairs. He serves as Florida counsel to the Property Casualty Insurers Association of America and general counsel and chief lobbyist for the Florida Property and Casualty Association, an association composed of Florida domestic property and automobile insurance companies.
