Colodny, Fass, Talenfeld, Karlinsky & Abate Partner Rich Fidei will be speaking at several insurance industry events over the next several months, beginning this week at the 2012 National Hurricane Conference in Orlando.
National Hurricane Conference
This Wednesday, March 28 at 1:30 p.m., Mr. Fidei will join the Insurance Information Institute's Florida Representative Lynne McChristian and the U.S. Small Business Administration's Michael Lampton for nearly five hours of open discussion on insurance, recovery and mitigation topics as part of the National Hurricane Conference program. Specifically, Mr. Fidei will discuss issues relating to underinsurance and/or the duplication of insurance benefits. Discussion topics also will include how disaster loans work, eligibility requirements and how those loans are repaid to provide further insight on post-disaster financial protection. NAIC/NIPR E-Reg Conference
Mr. Fidei will then speak at the National Association of Insurance Commissioners/National Insurance Producer Registry E-Reg Conference on April 29 in Kansas City, where he will cover issues relating to agent licensing and appointment. To view the meeting information, click here.
Acord Loma

Association of Insurance Compliance Professional Northwest Chapter
He then travels to Seattle for the Association of Insurance Compliance Professional ("AICP") Northwest Chapter meeting on May 22, during which he will speak at two sessions: The first, on data security, privacy and electronic transaction issues, and the second, on social media issues and related policies.
