Colodny, Fass, Talenfeld, Karlinsky & Abate attorneys Fred Karlinsky and Rich Fidei will be featured breakout session speakers at the 22nd Annual Association of Insurance Compliance Professionals National Conference in Phoenix, Arizona from October 4-7.
Karlinsky will join Property Casualty Insurance Association of America ("PCI") Senior Vice President Don Griffin in a forum on state-by-state and national catastrophe fund proposals, their pricing, availability and reinsurance capacity. Karlinsky serves as the lead lobbyist and counsel for PCI in the State of Florida.
Fidei, who serves the AICP as Gulf States Chapter Vice President, will participate as a panelist in two separate Conference sessions on property and casualty compliance and regulation.
